Dr. Earl Dryden
Veterinarian, Head of Surgical Referral Department
Dr. Earl Dryden, DVM, is a highly skilled veterinarian and a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Heritage Christian High School and Butler University in 1992, followed by earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. During his time at Purdue, he was honored with the award for Outstanding Performance in Large and Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. After graduating, Dr. Dryden began working in general practice until 2003. He then dedicated the next decade to local veterinary emergency services, gaining valuable experience and collaborating with many local specialists. This allowed him to expand his knowledge of the latest advancements in animal care. In 2013, Dr. Dryden became a partner at Brookville Road Animal Hospital (BRAH), where he now heads the surgical referral department alongside Dr. Lee and Dr. Fitzwater. His expertise and leadership have made him a key figure in the veterinary community. Dr. Dryden is available Monday-Thursday for consultations and surgery.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Dryden enjoys spending time outdoors with his three boys and five German Shorthaired Pointers. When he’s not at the clinic, you’ll likely find him mowing the lawn, fishing, or running his dogs out west.

Dr. Clayton Carr
Veterinarian
Dr. Carr grew up on a small farm in Henryville, IN, where he quickly learned the value of hard work. He graduated from Indiana University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended Purdue University in 2013, where he received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. During his time at Purdue, Dr. Carr served as student body president of the Veterinary College, represented the university across the country at multiple conventions to help advance and improve veterinary medicine as a whole, and completed the Veterinary Practice Management Program through the Krannert School of Business. Upon graduation in 2017, he was recognized with the Purdue Veterinary Alumni Association’s Senior Leadership Award.
Dr. Carr has a love and passion for veterinary medicine of all species. He prides himself on being a versatile veterinarian, enjoying both medical and surgical cases alike. He also enjoys the outdoors — hiking, fly fishing, marksmanship, trail riding, and competing in rodeo competitions are among his favorite activities. He especially enjoys spending time with his wife Sierra, their dogs Mavis, Stanis, and Doris, and their cats Wallis, Francis, and Clem.

Dr. Dawn Lindstrom
Veterinarian
Dr. Lindstrom was born and raised in the Annapolis, Maryland area. She graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St Kitts in 1999. She spent her last two years of vet school at Purdue University, finishing her accreditation.
Her three kids, Ryan, Kate, and Sara, keep her active when she isn’t at work. They live in Fishers with their dogs Cooper and Murphy.

Dr. Laura Maple
Veterinarian
Dr. Laura Maple is from Southern Indiana, although she was born and spent her early childhood in Minnesota. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture at Murray State University in Kentucky and then went on to receive her DVM from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018. Dr. Maple enjoys the variety of cases that general practice has to offer. She also enjoys building relationships with clients and patients. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling (hoping to cross all the National Parks off of her bucket list), playing sports, and spending time with her husband, children, and fur babies.

Dr. Stephany Griggers
Veterinarian
Dr. Griggers graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. She practiced in Florida until relocating to Indianapolis in 2001. She holds licenses in IN, FL, and CO. After 21 years, she still loves the challenges of relief work. Dr. Griggers shares living space with Pepper, Plugs, Hades, McGee, Splat, Styxx, and Sammy, my beautiful furbabies.

Dr. Juan Pagan
Veterinarian
Dr. Pagan was born in Michigan and raised in Puerto Rico. He moved to Indiana to attend Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine University where he graduated in 1987. He was a practicing veterinarian and owner at Crestview Animal Hospital for over 20 years. We were very fortunate to have him join our practice in 2021 as a part-time veterinarian.
When Dr. Pagan is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family here in the states, as well as visiting family in Puerto Rico.

Dr. Erica Glick
Veterinarian
Dr. Glick grew up in New Palestine, IN, and started working at Brookville Road Animal Hospital in 2012 as a kennel assistant, helping in all aspects of patient care. She received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Purdue University in 2015 and her DVM degree from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2022.
Dr. Glick has a passion for all aspects of primary care, with a special focus on preventative medicine, feline care, endocrine diseases, and soft tissue surgery. When not at work, she enjoys hiking, camping, painting, and gardening. She loves spending time with her husband, yellow Labrador Ginger, and two cats, Bernard and Watson.

Dr. Alexandria Meyer
Veterinarian
Dr. Meyer grew up in New Palestine, Indiana, and spent 8 years at Purdue University for her undergraduate degree and veterinary school. She enjoys all aspects of small animal veterinary medicine, but loves how general practice allows her to connect with clients and help them through the care of their animal family members.
In her free time, Dr. Meyer enjoys running and staying active, being outdoors, exploring coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends. There is never a dull moment in her household, as she shares it with her dogs Denali, Bee, and Oscar.

Dr. Olivia Consoli
Veterinarian
Dr. Olivia Consoli was born and raised in Connecticut before moving to Indiana to attend college at Purdue University. She received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences in 3 years, and then went on to Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine, where she received her DVM in 2023. Dr. Consoli enjoys meeting and working with pet parents to help them optimize and enrich their pet’s health and well-being. Dr. Consoli loves to cook, eat, and spend time with her husband, 2 loving and lazy black labs, Carbon and Malina, and her goofy, spunky doberman Ripley.

Dr. Timothy Lee
Surgeon Emeritus
Dr. Timothy Lee, DVM, our Surgeon Emeritus, joined the Brookville Road Animal Hospital Surgery Department in 2013 and has over 40 years of specialty surgery experience. He was part of the second class that graduated from the Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine and owned his own surgery referral practice, Northwood Animal Hospital, for over 30 years. Dr. Lee is highly regarded for his expertise and vast knowledge in both orthopedic and soft tissue cases. He has played a pivotal role in helping to educate and shape our younger veterinarians as they begin their surgical careers.
Dr. Lee and his wife Jeanne share their home with a Vizla by the name of Hal, a little crazy but very lovable.

Dr. Joseph Leeth
President/Clinical Pathologist
Joseph J. Leeth, D.V.M., is President and CEO of Brookville Road Animal Hospital and serves as a consultant and clinical pathologist for Antech Diagnostics. He also provides in-house clinical pathology services, bringing advanced diagnostic expertise directly into the clinical setting. Dr. Leeth brings extensive leadership and industry experience, including the development of Indiana’s first commercial veterinary diagnostic laboratory system. He also played a key role in major industry mergers, most notably the integration of IVDL and Antech Diagnostics, helping to create a leading diagnostic service that supports more than 17,000 veterinary clinics nationwide.
Dr. Leeth earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry from Wabash College. His career includes participation in numerous research initiatives as well as service on the boards of several veterinary-related organizations.

Dr. Delaney McGrath
Veterinarian
Dr. Delaney McGrath was born and raised on the east side of Indianapolis. She attended Arizona State University for her undergraduate degree, which she completed in 3.5 years. After graduating, she began working, volunteering, and participating in research in veterinary and wildlife medicine. She began attending Colorado State University for veterinary school in 2021 and graduated in 2025.
Dr. McGrath enjoys working in small animal general practice for the daily variety and the ability to build connections with her patients and clients. In her free time, Dr. McGrath loves to read, work out, shop, and watch movies with her two cats, Lilac and Persephone. She is extremely enthusiastic about her new career as a veterinarian and has a passion for serving the community she works in.
